About MINEX Eurasia
Established in 2012, the MINEX Eurasia Conference is the UK’s premier event focused on Mining Trends and Investment opportunities in Eurasia (Europe and Central Asia).
The conference is aimed at the UK and International mining & metals companies, investors, financiers, government regulators, and service providers.
What to expect this year?
The 10th MINEX Eurasia Mining Conference will be held on 28 November 2022 in London and broadcast online.
This event will draw from the experience of over 30 industry experts, senior officials and companies who will discuss the changes, challenges and opportunities in the mining industry in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, and mining hotspots in Europe.
The conference will offer an opportunity for the presentation of investment projects and changes in the FDI policies aimed at the development of mining hotspots across the Eurasian continent.
The Conference will also feature cases of industry transformation aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and creating sustainable social relations in extractive sectors.
The conference is organised under the general theme “Sustainable Mining in Eurasia”

Participation options
Mining and Technology Companies interested in organising corporate presentations at the conference are invited to submit speaker proposals before 21 October.
Individual proposals from speakers should be submitted before 21 October.
Delegate registration is open online. Register before 15 September to pay the 2021 rates.
In-person attendees. Participants will be admitted to the venue providing they pre-register before 25 November. If circumstances change and delegates cannot attend the event in person, they can cancel participation before 21 November and receive a 90% refund (10% will be deducted to cover administrative costs).
Remote participants. Viewers will be able to watch free of charge the live broadcast of the conference remotely. To access the conference meeting application, presentation slides and video recordings of the conference, remote participants are expected to register and pay the same admission fee as in-person attendees.

Networking is one of the key parts of the conference. As the audience is relatively small (up to 250 people), participants will be able to meet during networking coffee breaks, and lunch. The conference will end with casual drinks allowing exhibitors, speakers and attendees to meet in one place.
Investors and Supply chain companies (who have booked company presentations or sponsorship packages) will have an opportunity during the conference to schedule private meetings with the incoming regional delegations using the dedicated private meeting room.
Powerful meeting application.
Pre-registered qualifying participants will be offered access to the bespoke mobile application a few days prior to the conference. The application features a powerful search engine allowing to search attendees by industry, job title, interests and much more. Once you have preselected attendees you would like to meet at the conference, you can add them to your favourites list and send meeting requests. Confirmed meetings are scheduled in the personal diaries and can be modified and rescheduled. The application will be functioning for around a week after the conference allowing participants who have missed each other to chat and meet privately.

What are the objectives of the conference?
The main objective of the conference is to provide a fresh outlook on mining and exploration of primary and secondary raw materials development in Central Asia, Mongolia and Europe and to stimulate discussion between industry, governments and investors on sustainable mining relying on advanced international knowledge and technology.
Who are the organisers?
The conference is organised by Advantix Ltd, which has been running mining events under MINEX Forum trademark in Central Asia, China, and Continental Europe since 2005.

How the conference will be organised?
MINEX Eurasia 2022 will be organised in London a hybrid format connecting remote and in-person delegates, speakers, and exhibitors. Speakers will be presenting in person and remotely.
Access to the Forum’s sessions as well as a web application and live broadcasts is provided exclusively to registered participants.
Remote viewers will be able to watch the live broadcast of the sessions and send questions to presenters via online chat.
When will the event materials be available?
On or after 20 December the fee-paying participants, sponsors, presenters, registered investors, sponsored guests, accredited journalists, and event partners will be able to access free of charge the video recordings of the conference sessions as well as presentation slides and photos taken during the event.
Those who have missed the conference can purchase access to materials by completing the order form.
