  • The banner will be placed either in the networking area reserved for coffee breaks and lunch or in the foyer next to the Conference Welcome desk.
  • The roll-up banner should not exceed 2 meters in height and 1.5 meters in width.
  • The banner can be delivered and stored at the venue no longer than 5 working days prior to the event.
  • The banner which has not been collected at the end of the event will be disposed of.

Advertising artwork, logos, promotional materials, and banners should be submitted no later than 10 working days prior to the event.

Fee-paying participant terms

Confirmation of the booking and / or invoice (for paying participants) will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form. Please check your spam inbox for an automatic reply. Please contact admin@minexforum.com if you have not received confirmation within the stated period.

The fees can be paid by debit or with credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants whose participation was not confirmed in writing or those who have not paid the fee prior to the event.

Replacement or cancellation: Delegate or speaker substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 5 working days before the event will be subject to 15% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 5 working days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued for future MINEX Forum events.
