  • Assistance with developing the content of the sessions, presentations, panel discussions, and news releases.
  • Assistance with the engagement of leading experts, business leaders, politicians, and other “influencers”.
  • Assistance with writing the event summary.
  • Preparation of analytical reviews and studies based on the Conference materials.
  • Assistance with promoting the Conference and engaging partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and participants.

Media partnership

Our expectations from media-partners

  • Electronic distribution (Email, SMS, twits, blogs, etc.) of the Conference announcements to the media partner’s readers and subscribers.
  • Placement of the Conference web banners on partner’s Internet resources.
  • Placement of the Conference advertising modules in partner’s printed publications.
  • Publication of announcements and articles provided by the Conference organisers.
  • Announcement of the Conference in the social media groups.
  • Organisation of live video broadcasting of the conference, video editing and online distribution.
  • Copyrighting and publication of print, photo, and video materials about the Conference.
  • Organisation and publication of interviews with the Conference participants.
  • Provision of the copies of the published materials for reposting in the post-event materials.

The services provided to the Forum organisers and reciprocal services may vary depending on individual arrangements.
