Ali has over 15 years of international experience, including asset management, risk analysis and program governance. Ali serves as Director of Antler Hill Mining Ltd, and as Advisor to ATMA Capital Markets. He also jointly serves as CEO & Director of Aranjin Resources, an emerging copper explorer in Mongolia and is proudly a member of the family of companies that includes Steppe Gold, Mongolia’s premier gold producer. Ali holds a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Western Ontario
ION Energy – Mongolia’s First Lithium Brine Explorer & Developer
ION Energy is Mongolia’s first lithium brine explorer and developer, with licences spanning a combined landmass of over 110,000 hectares. They are a fully-funded company with first-mover advantage in mineral rich Mongolia. Since 2017, when their seasoned co-founders recognized that our world was on the verge of a Green Revolution, ION Energy has pursued an aggressive growth strategy. They started publicly trading their shares on the TSX-V in August 2020, and have subsequently strengthened their executive team, acquired their second lithium brine licence, completed a $5.75M bought deal offering, launched a maiden exploration program, and entered into a strategic alliance with a Mongolian copper exploration company. Their team’s primary focus in 2022 has been the continued exploration efforts at both of their 100%-owned exploration licences, Baavhai Uul and Urgakh Naran.
