Liubov has more than 15 years of experience in the field of exploration geology, geological modeling, and mineral resource estimation. She has been leading SS, PFS and FS-level studies for different hard rock deposits. After joining NGMK in 2021 Liubov is leading the Mineral resource department responsible for determining the company's mineral base management strategy.

NGMK Mineral Base strategy
After 60 years of being a state-run company, Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company (NGMK) has become a joint-stock company. The government has transferred control of strategic planning to the company management. This provides opportunities for the determination of strategies and plans for the development of the mineral base and exploration targets.
